As personal trainers and individuals who work out almost every day, the number one question that's asked is "What do you eat?" For the most part, I eat a lot less meat and more vegetables and fruits. Additionally, I try not to eat late at night or train after eating. However, eating healthy is costly and rather you eat meat or are a vegan we all are looking for inexpensive ways to eat healthily.
